Reckon is pleased to announce that the new 901 Application is scheduled to be included as part of the April 2016 NZ Tax Compliance Release. This is a major piece of software that will have a direct impact on all Practices using the Reckon APS Tax product.
The new application not only encompasses a wide range of new functionality but will also require the practice to revisit and review their current processes in respect of the generating of 901 letters. The 901 application no longer has to be the sole domain of the Tax Administrator but now offers the opportunity for Partners, Managers and Senior Staff to review, update and authorise payment amounts in the application. This is a feature rich application and now is the ideal time for Practices to look at the way their process operates and ensure that they are in a position to benefit from all the available options in the application.
