Reckon Training Specialist Tim Perry is presenting a new Small Business Tune Up Webinar Series.


This webinar series is designed to show small businesses some of the free and inexpensive tools available to them that will help with day to day time management, marketing on a budget as well as managing cash flow. 

This webinar series would suit small business owners who are sole traders or have up to 10 employees. It will demonstrate more effective ways to generate leads and increase sales as well as measure the tasks required to achieve this and software solutions that can help outline the financial requirements. As the adage goes, it costs a dollar to make a dollar, so join us to show you some of the most cost effective ways to spend your dollar!




Webinar 1 - Time Management Tools. The first webinar in the series will cover Wunderlist (a sharable list building application) and Slack (a project management and email replacement tool).

Webinar 2 - Marketing on a Budget. The second webinar in the series will cover Facebook Ads (which can be set up and run from as little as $1 a day), Google My Business (which is free to set up and provides great exposure for your business and SMS Broadcast (a quick an easy tool that will let you send out SMS on mass to your audience.

Webinar 3 - Cashflow Management. The Third webinar in this 3-part series will cover a great, cost-effective tool to manage your small businesses cashflow as well as profitability on certain projects.

Reckon Training Specialist Tim Perry is presenting a new Personal Finance Webinar Series.


This webinar series is designed to help individuals and small business owners better understand their personal position regarding finance. 

You will learn how to conduct a self-SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis that will allow you to make better strategic decisions. We will then go into creating a personal budget using excel, we will focus on the minutia that forms large chunks of money out each month. Based on this personal budget we will look at making certain decisions regarding where to most effective cut the fat so we can increase our surplus money. This surplus money can then be allocated to personal financial goals!

Webinar 1 - SWOT Yourself. The first webinar in the series will cover performing a self-SWOT analysis so we can first understand our current position and therefore be better prepared to make strategic decisions.

Webinar 2 - Personal Budgeting. The second webinar in the series will detail how to create a detailed personal budget using simple tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Webinar 3 - Reaching Your Financial Goals. The third webinar in the series will discuss how to best pick a financial goal and then allocating surplus money identified from the personal budget toward it. We will then look at how we can track and compare results between different goals.
